Good Evening Parents!

As you have heard/read, plans for hosting the Tri-County League Conference Championship are being worked on and finalized and we are now looking for how you can be involved! The dates are July 30-31 (don't forget to register your swimmer for the meet!)

We are asking all families with swimmers that are 10+ to have each adult in the family sign up for at LEAST 1 SHIFT EACH on Saturday and Sunday. We would always accept more shifts too! We are looking for concession stand workers, gym and bleacher attendants, floaters, deck runners, door attendants, admissions and more.

Look for the scheduled events on the website or app and sign up just as you would volunteer for a home meet. Please let me know if you have any troubles signing up!

We have almost 100 shifts to fill each day so if you have other family (Grandparents, Aunts/Uncles, Cousins, Children) or friends or alumni that would be willing to help out, please let me know! They won't be able to sign up on the website/app but just let me know and I will plug them in! Anne Moore

Also, we are currently looking for a few donations of baked goodies and fruit for the conference meet but that wouldn't take the place of a volunteer shift.
