Practice Schedule

• Last Week of School Practices: 
  • Sun, June 2, 5:30-7:00pm (All Swimmers) @ Sauk Indoor Pool
  • Mon, June 3, 6:00-6:45pm (Purple), 6:45-8:00pm (White/Grey)
  • Tues, June 4, 6:00-6:45pm (Purple), 6:45-8:00pm (White/Grey)
  • Wed, June 5, 6:00-6:45pm (Purple), 6:45-8:00pm (White/Grey)
  • Thurs, June 6, 6:00-6:45pm (Purple), 6:45-8:00pm (White/Grey)
  • Fri, June 7, No practice, pool party that evening
• Regular Summer Practices:
  • Mornings: Mon-Fri 7:30-8:30am (Purple), 7:30-9:00am (White/Grey)
  • Evenings: Tues/Thurs - 5:00-6:30pm (Any swimmer)
  • Wed - 5:00-6:00pm (Starts/Finishes/Turn)
• Summer School: (Only during summer school weekly sessions)
  • T/W/Th 7:00-7:45am

Practice may include the following:

• Warm-up
• Drill set
• Endurance Set
• Speed Set
• Cool-down
• Technique work
• Starts
• Flip-turns
• Finishes

Important Note:

• Swimmers must participate in 3 practices each week in order to swim in the meet.
  • However, we encourage swimmers to come to as many practices as possible.
  • If you are unable to make 3 practices but will be available to swim for the meet (i.e. summer camp during the week), make sure to talk to your swim coach ahead of time.
