Mazo Cudas Week 8 Newsletter Attached!

If you're new to the team and are unfamiliar with the Conference Meet, please see the attached Meet Procedures document.  

PLEASE NOTE:

-Conference is held at the Sauk Prairie Aquatic Center, 105 9th St, Prairie du Sac.

-Mazo's warm up begins at 7:20am SHARP in Lanes 1-4.

-Afternoon warm ups will be after IM, with Mazo up first in Lanes 1-2.

-Individual preliminary races will be on Saturday and Relay/Finals will be on Sunday.

-The top 16 swimmers will advance to Finals, with swimmers in 17th and 18th as alternates.  These swimmers will still check in at clerk of course on Sunday in the event a finalist doesn't show or cannot swim.  

-Touch pads will be used to determine the finishes, with the exception of the 8 and Under events.  

-The final results will be posted outside the aquatic entry doors.  **Times indicated in the pool from the touch pads are NOT the final posted time. 

-Unlike last year, all teams will be have large outside tents in the aquatic pool parking lot.  There will be a small area around our tent for families to set up a few pop up tents. 

-Clerk of Course will be located outside of the warming pool.  Swimmers will enter through 2 brown doors and go straight through the warming pool area to the blocks.  Following the race, swimmers will be directed to exit the pool through the locker rooms.  

-Seating for viewing will be upstairs on the mezzanine bleachers.  Mazo will have a designated section for our families.  NO FOOD IS ALLOWED INSIDE other than water.
