Hello Cuda Families!

Our first swim meet is this Saturday already! Here are the meet details:

Location: Sauk Prairie Outdoor Pool - Map
485 Grand Ave.
Sauk Prairie, WI 53578

Swimmer Arrival Time: 7:10am

Warmups Start: 7:30am

Theme: Purple Palooza (Wear ALL things purple!)

Some additional information:

• There will be a concession stand – cash only
• Clerk of course is right by the gate next to the concession stand
• Heat Sheets will be $3 (the entire Conference has moved to this price)
• NO Meet Mobile available @ Sauk – Meet Mobile is to the discretion of each host team. All of Mazo’s home meets will be on Meet Mobile and the Conference Meet will run it as well.
• SPORTSMANSHIP: Please help communicate and teach all our swimmers about sportsmanship. Congratulate ALL swimmers – that means both teams, not just Cuda swimmers. And remind your swimmers (especially the little ones and our new swimmers) that they should stay with their relay team until all swimmers have finished. They should get out of the pool after their leg of the relay and cheer for those still swimming. They then leave the pool area together.
• Please make sure to clean-up all your belongings and trash after the meet. We want to leave our area looking nice. THANK YOU!
• 15-18 Free Relay – If you can, try to stay through the last event - Men’s 15-18 Free Relay this weekend. Heights and Sauk have a co-op swim team in the winter, that’s been together for over 20 years and the camaraderie is amazing! Stay, cheer for your team, and you might even get to see a fun surprise during the race as well (not just freestyle)!
• Make sure to have enough dry towels, blankets, and warm clothes – it’s not looking particularly warm for our first swim meet.
• Parents – Sharpies and highlighters will be very helpful at every swim meet. 😊
• Newsletter & Team Photo Form are attached.  Forms will also be in your family folders by Monday!
