Hello!

Just a few quick things about the meet tomorrow:

1. Please be at the Lion's Park and ready to help setup for the swim meet at 6:30am.  We will need to get the lane lines in along with everything else on the deck setup.  Concessions will probably need some help with load in as well.

2. Bring sunscreen and bug spray!  I know they sprayed in the village last night but they are still pesky.

3. We still need 1 more timer for tomorrow.  If you have a swimmer in the meet, please make sure at least 1 parent is signed up to help at the meet. 

4. Sun Prairie is the largest team in our our Conference.  They are brining only 121 swimmers of their 280 tomorrow.  Hytek estimates the meet will go till 12:40pm.  Please make sure your swimmers know what they are swimming and getting to their events on time.  The officials, clerk of course and Hytek will do their best to run a smooth and efficient swim meet but it takes everyone!

5. Please stay after the meet and help cleanup the pool deck, outside the pool grounds and the Concession stand after the meet.  The pool opens at 12:30pm and we will be very crunched for time.  I know we will all be hungry and ready for a break but it goes quickly with lots of help.

6. Psych Sheet will be posted on Meet Mobile later tonight.
